Everyone who contacts Mascsoccer Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship, and customer service.

First, raise the problem with the provider directly. Next, keep a written record of what was said and agreed.

Then tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Mascsoccer Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@mascsoccer.site with the following:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Send It

We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, respond and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
